Nicole Ginter-Hauschild worked as a project assistant from August 2014 to February 2020 in the federal-state initiative Education through Language and Literacy (ELaL) at the Mercator Institute. Since March 2020, she is working as a project assistant in the initiative Transfer of Language Education, Reading and Writing Support (BiSS-Transfer). At the institute, she is also responsible for the recruitment and hiring process, in addition to the day-to-day business.
