mercator.uni-koeln.deBetween 2010 and 2016, Dr. Martha Höfler was a research associate at the Chair of Adult Education, Friedrich Schiller University Jena, as well as a coordinator of the extra occupational master program, Further Education and Human Resource Development. She completed a PhD in fostering adult resilience. From 2016 to 2018, Martha Höfler worked as a research associate and deputy general manager at the National Association of Prevention and Health Promotion in Bonn. Since 2019, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the Mercator Institute for Literacy and Language Education at Cologne University and is currently managing the WisU study. Martha Höfler is also a freelance consultant and coach at „ResilienzExpertise" (Bonn).
